Bored and Writer's Block isn't helping...
...I'm stuck in the fic I'm working on right now. Well, actually I'm stuck on all the fics I'm working on, but that's neither here nor there. I'm just trying to work on the fills for the prompt entry I posted a little while back and the one I'm focused on at the moment is being mean and I can't get anything else out of it right now. Which sucks because nothing's been resolved yet. *sigh*

I tried working one another fill instead and wasn't even able to get a full sentence written yet. The whole point of asking for prompts was to help jog my writer's block and write some short ficlets. The only one I've managed to finish ended up at 2700 words, I think. This one is looking like it'll be just as long. And I can't even get anything written for the other ones I've got to fill.

And now I'm just bored because I want to read fic, but there haven't been any new Sam/Gabriel fics I can read posted recently. There have been a few posted for the Gabriel Big Bang, and I've read some of them. But there are still quite a few I can't because of content that bugs me. Not that they'd be bad fics, because I'm sure they're awesome. But my squicks won't let me read them and that is soooo annoying. Why do I have to squick so easily?!?!?! And a lot of the J2 and Sam/Dean fics I've seen being posted just aren't holding my interest. WTH?! I even tried branching out into another fandom (Criminal Minds), but can't even finish half the fics I start reading because they aren't Supernatural. >_<;;;

I need, like, deadlines or something. That would help me write, it's always helped me before. But personal deadlines mean nothing to my muse, because they're so easily broken. grrrr...

*pouts*

Sorry for the really weird, random rant. D:

How's about incentive? You know... if you get something finished and posted, then I'll do the same? I dunno... like... fic swapsies? Lol! I'll write and show you mine, if you write and show me yours? How I can make Fic Swapsies dirty, I don't know. It's a skill. I write porn in banks, clearly I can make most things dirty. *grin*

Still! My plan... right? Right. So... say we have... until um... Sunday night er... wait. *grumbles* Fecking timezones. Right, so say Midnight on Sunday night GMT (which gives us exactly three days) we both have something to post? I dunno... I'm kinda scraping the barrel and sort of begging you to give me motivation. *grin*

I think it's both a good plan and a blatant misuse of your plea! *snicker* See? Skills. Admittedly selfish and twisted skills, but skills all the same. I'm also kinda fatigued and sort of falling asleep as I type, so there is a high chance none of this makes sense...

Um... Fic Swapsies?

...

I'm sure there could be a better name for it... but Fic Swapsies kinda sounds amusing to me. But then... Googamooga sounds amusing to me right this moment.

Hey! There ya go! Should you decide to just ignore my crazed ramblings and just give up on writing, you can try and think of a better name than Fic Swapsies! That's like... what? Two words! And the sense of satisfaction afterwards will feel like you've written a whole novel.

Sorta.

Possibly.

Yeah... going to bed now.

Incentive? I like incentive. I am so in for teh Fic Swapsies. For sure. I inhale your fics like oxygen, so very good motivation to get something finished. :D:D:D

Skills, for sure. ^-^

hehehe, Fic Swapsies. That made me giggle when I first read it. LOL. And I flat out laughed at Googamooga. ROFL.

So, yesh. Let's give each other motivation! Sunday night we should both have something to post. If it works out, we can keep it up when we need to write something. *nod*

*SMISHES*

*snicker* But they failed in an amusing, yet legible way! *nodnod* And yay for Fic Swapsies!! And I, too, love your fics equally as much, if not more! Yep! Even if i suck at commenting (which so reminds me that I still need to comment to Mystery Spot Misunderstanding... which was awesome by the way, but thats not the actual review/comment/thing. Nope. I shall go do that, like, now, after this one. um.. Yeah. *grin*

Sweet Googoamooga it's a Fic Swapsie!! *giggles like a fool* What made me giggle even more is that I just noticed that I actually wrote Dic Swapsies... *snort* That's something completely different... Oh god, make me stop before I quite possibly scar us all for life.

Woo! See? Now we both have motivation! Yep! I just need to think about what I want to write... Hmm... The limerick fic? Something else? *head desk* This is why I never get any writing done. *snort*

*smishes back*
