Dragons, Dean thinks. Fire-breathing dragons, magic swords, and geeky little brothers, oh my. The case is bizarre and scary as fuck but it feels so right that when Sam slays one of the dragons Dean lets out a laugh, loud and high and hell yes.

The other one gets away, breathing a wall of fire to blind them. Dean’s okay but Sammy’s jacket catches fire. He scrambles and sits Sam’s hips, smothering the fire with his body. Fire gone and Sammy’s shoulder smoking, Dean kisses him hard. Sammy’s re-souled and Dean will smother all hell fire behind that wall and lay in smoke and ash with Sam for the rest of eternity.
